Things to do in Sydey: I took a detour to the Chinese Garden of Friendship. For just $12, you can wander through this hidden gem, soaking up the beauty in under an hour. Located at 1 Harbour Street, this 1.03-hectare oasis is like stepping back in time to the Ming dynasty's lavish private gardens, giving you a taste of Chinese history and traditions.

It was date night and off we trotted into Sydney's CBD (Central Business District). We hit up Milligram for some cute stationery, swung by Uncle Tetsu for a sweet treat, explored two museums, and wrapped up the evening with a fancy dinner at Moon restaurant.
